This shop was started with the idea of making party planning easier and more fun! There is no such thing as too fun a party, and if I can help, why not? :)
Payment
Please make prompt payment via paypal. Payments not received within 2 days of order purchase will result in order cancellation unless other arrangements are made in advance. If paypal is not an option, please contact me prior to placing an order.
There are no taxes, and refunds are always negotiable under reasonable circumstances. My first priority is customer service!
Shipping
I try to get all orders shipped or emailed to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends or holidays). I will notify you if that cannot be done for any reason.
Refunds and Exchanges
My first goal is happy customers- I will try to correct or replace all orders first and foremost.
Refunds on shipped items are available within 7 days of receipt. Refunds on emailed items are available based on individual circumstances within 3 days. All damaged items are 100% refundable or replaceable.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Due to the type of items in this shop, I cannot give previews, proofs, or ship items until payment has been received. Instead we offer unlimited revisions and 100% customer satisfaction.
**A large portion of all shop proceeds are donated to the US Troops by way of care packages, care letters, etc. Often donations are also made to children's charities or crafted items are donated to children's charities as well.**
